Mike Forde
Executive Chairman

Mike has worked in elite sport since 1998, including six years as a director at Chelsea Football Club, and is a trusted advisor on organizational and human capital performance. Mike co-founded Sportsology in 2014 and is now based in New York where he advises sports franchises on talent management and the creation of high-performance cultures.

Barry McNeill

Barry is an experienced executive who is motivated to lead, develop talent, build commercial sustainability, and create enduring cultures. Barry has previously led global performance businesses including Prozone and Catapult alongside a portfolio of consultancy and non-executive roles. Barry joined Sportsology as CEO in February 2020.

Aidan Halliwell

A co-founder of Sportsology, Aidan is a former professional rugby league player who has worked with high performance teams in the sports industry for over 20 years. Combining creative design and technology expertise with first-hand knowledge of performance, Aidan is responsible for the strategic development of Sportsology’s digital products.
